My First Post.

So yesterday I was officially diagnosed with inflammatory arthritis. Is this rheumatoid arthritis? I think so. So anyway, I am to start on methotrexate next week. Doc currently put me on prednisone and I am not happy. I plummeted into depression. I am tired but restless.

Can I tell you this sucks!

My hands are very stiff today despite the prednisone but no pain. So took a bath and soaked them and I feel much better.

I am on a search for a regime to get these hands moving and decrease the stiffness.

Anyway I created this blog because I couldn't find a blog like this. I wanted to know the disease progression and what others are experiencing. So if you stumble upon this and would like to comment or know of any good sites let me know.
